The 2022 portrait pricing guide
The Portrait Experience begins right here – with communication and connection! It's important that I connect with you to ensure we're a great fit to work together, chat about the vision for your Portrait Experience, and more!
step 01: connect and chat
After your session is confirmed, your Portrait Experience officially begins! You will be invited to the exclusive online Portrait Lounge, where you will find resources – from outfit inspiration to session tips – so you can make the most of your Experience!
step 02: plan and prepare
Your session will be centered all around you and your loved ones. With all of the planning and preparing we will do before your session, you will start your session with confidence and end it with fun!
step 03: your Session
Once we have collected your finished photos, we will place them inside my gallery portal and send you a direct link to your own photo gallery. From this portal, you can purchase and download your keepsake photos.
step 04: photo delivery
Photos weren't meant to be stored on your device. They should be admired in your home and bring warmth into your life. I offer prints and albums so you can cherish your favorite moments and memories forever.

- Weekend dates are limited and popular, as are holidays.
- Spring and Fall are the busiest times of the year for outdoor family photos. Schedule ASAP if you are looking for those times.
- Be sure to book at lease 1 month prior to needing your photos.
- Babies and young children often do best first thing in the morning. Otherwise we try to schedule outdoor sessions 1.5 hours before sunset.
- We can reschedule due to extreme weather, or move to an indoor location.

Within a couple weeks of your session, you'll receive an email from us with a link to your slideshow that includes all of your fully edited images. Once you've had a chance to see them and marvel for a bit, you'll have the option to select the collection you'd like to purchase right there in your gallery. After that, you'll have a full month to select the specific digital files and print items you want to use to fill that collection. Simple + zero pressure.

What you're going to do with your images perhaps is the most important aspect to consider when you're planning for a photo session, but it's all too often the aspect that's overlooked...all that time and money invested deserve a better return that photos gathering dust on a hard drive somewhere. You'll never get the same feeling looking at your photos on a screen as you will seeing them on your wall or flipping through the pages of an album, so we include a substantial print credit with each collection. Below is a sample of some of the items you can choose among:

The vast majority of our clients walk away from their session relieved at how easy the process was, stoked about their images, grateful they went ahead and invested, and committed to keep up with family photos going forward. We've made that process even easier for them.
Once you work with us that first time, you'll have the invitation to join the CALEB and BRITT Yearbook Club, which rewards clients committed to documenting their families regularly with discounted pricing, priority scheduling, automated monthly payment plans, and loads of other special perks. It's our hassle-free way to easily create a beautiful record of your family over the years.
There is no obligation to join the club, or course - it's just an option...if you love what you get (and we're guessing you will!) Joining will mean that regular family photos can become a set it and forget it part of your busy life. More details will be heading your way!

When it comes to photos, we believe in quality over quantity. We all have a million photos on our phone that sit neglected. After the session, we carefully select the best of the best, which ends up being about 50. We then fully edit each of them so you have a gorgeous set of final images to enjoy (and then create keepsakes with).
01. How many images will we get from our session?
Typically our sessions last about 60 minutes & around 90 with video. We don't say that to limit the time, but because that tends to be the time kids (and adults) begin to fade. An hour is plenty of time to capture what we need while keeping it fun and easy.
02. how long will our session last?
If we are hit with extreme weather conditions, we will go ahead and reschedule your session to the nearest date that works. Same goes if someone ends up ill, so don't stress if someone ends up sick. No need to push through your session when conditions aren't their best!
